Frequently asked questions
Do my customers need an account?
No. They open your link or scan the QR code, order and get an email confirmation.
Can I keep my paper order form?
Yes. Ordidoo prints your form with a QR code; a photo of the filled-in form is enough to record the order. You check it, nothing gets lost.
What happens beyond my plan's limits?
You are warned as you get close. Printed forms received are always recorded; move up a plan to keep taking orders online.
Can customers pay online?
Tracking payments at collection is included. Online payment (Bancontact, Payconiq, cards) is on the way.
Where is my data?
In the European Union. You own your customer data, can export it at any time, and get a GDPR data processing agreement.
